To request a refund, email us with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.
All items must be returned in original packaging. Products received in used or altered condition will not qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days. We may request photos before issuing a full refund or replacement.
