Refunds Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made from NexxVolt.

Request Process:

To request a refund, email us with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.

Condition of Return:

All items must be returned in original packaging. Products received in used or altered condition will not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days. We may request photos before issuing a full refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after return is received and verified. Times may vary depending on your bank.
